Guests will be met on arrival and porterage arranged. It is essential that the Reception Office at Brownsea Castle is informed of your correct time of arrival in advance. Luggage will be taken from the jetty to be collected by guests from the rotunda on the first floor outside the passenger lift.

Do you have to wear a face mask at Poole Castle?

At Poole you will be met at the quayside by a Castle Partner, who will confirm your details and let you know the procedure to follow. Face masks or coverings must be worn throughout your journey. Children under the age of 11 do not have to wear a mask.
