Which is better to play, iRacing or rFactor?
However, I would definitely recommend rfactor. Find a nice league with content you enjoy and the fun is basically endless. Not anymore. iRacing’s prices went up since then. As everyone else has said, rF2 is the better option, on track, and the league racing isn’t dead for rF2. I have just noticed

Actually rF2 was released 11th Jan 2012. iRacing was released in 2008. I enjoy both due to the reasons others already gave here. Both companies seem to have a good base to build on. Hopefully you’ll enjoy RF2, if you fancy some league races or hotlapping check out something like simracing-gp.net (there are many others).
