How do I find my TUI booking reference?

After you’ve made your booking, you’ll see a confirmation screen that shows your booking details and reference numbers. We’d suggest you take a note of these for your reference. We’ll also send a confirmation email to the email address you provided, within 24 hours of the time you book.

Why can’t I find my booking on Tui?

TUI Holiday Store or phone bookings If you booked your holiday in a TUI Holiday Store or over the phone, you won’t be able to access Manage My Booking. Instead, you’ll need to call the shop you booked with, or call the number on your holiday confirmation.

Can I amend my TUI booking?

Yes, you can amend your booking. However you’ll usually need to pay an amendment fee for each person named on the booking and for every booking detail which you change. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions for more information and charges.

How do I find my flight number TUI?

You can find your times of departure and arrival and flight number on your booking confirmation. You can also request them through ‘My TUI fly’. You can access this section by entering the surname of the passenger for whom the first ticket was booked as well as the reservation number.
