What is QuadPacer for Sonicare toothbrush?
The Sonicare QuadPacer function is a pause-and-beep indicator that signals when one-fourth of the Smartimer brushing cycle has elapsed. The QuadPacer indicator signals when they should move on to cleaning the next section of their mouth.
Does Sonicare 4100 have QuadPacer?
Yes. At the end of a 2 minute cycle, the brush automatically turns off signaling the end of the cleaning time. If you want to extend your clean, you will have to power the brush back on. It does also have a 30 second pacer also referred to as a quadpacer.
Does Sonicare Essence have QuadPacer?

Can you leave Sonicare on charger?
You can always keep your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush on a plugged-in charger between brushing. This will not affect the battery lifespan of your toothbrush.
Do you use toothpaste with Sonicare toothbrush?
I find that it is best to start using your electric toothbrush without toothpaste, wetting the bristles just like we did with manual toothbrushes. Without the distraction of the sudsy toothpaste you can really focus on where the toothbrush bristles are touching.
